WHO AM I?

My name is Tessa Carver – formerly Tessa Judge, as I married my college sweetheart in the summer of 2024! Born and raised in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota, I've learned to adapt and thrive in all conditions (think extremely cold winters). I am a designer, creative, and storyteller. I graduated summa cum laude from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a minor in Business. As a lifelong learner, I find profound joy in learning from others and helping others. I deeply believe in the significance of building relationships, making connections, and serving others in both my professional and personal life.

MY APPROACH

I am a detail-driven designer with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and brand alignment. I am passionate about people and believe effective design begins with understanding the audience and objectives. I communicate intentionally and clearly, supporting collaboration and efficient execution from concept through delivery. Versatile and dependable, I adapt quickly to changes and prioritize project management. I am committed to serving others through connection and thoughtful design.

WHY DO I LOVE DESIGN?

Design can bring life, beauty, and purpose to all things! I love the way it brings beauty to one-off conversations, big and small ideas, or extensive brainstorming. Design is an opportunity to tell a story, create an experience, and express myself creatively. I love how design brings people together, celebrates the finer details, and gives clarity to vision and purpose. Design has taught me to be versatile, prioritizing integrity and dependability to care for and serve others well.
